Where did you get that light strip from for your tail. If you don't mind me asking. Beautiful bike BTW

Seems as though turboraven hasn't been posting lately - due to holidays or ??? but I have ordered a 150 front tire to go with my 200 rear tire, and am looking into going to a 240 tire for the rear. Any advice here? Only interested if I can keep the belt, stock wheel width and no swingarm mods.

Sorry guys, I haven't been on the site for awhile. Thanks for the props.

I don't remember exact sprocket specs but was a bit under 1".

Rear brake light is a custom piece I had made using 1mm spaced LED's -very nice piece.

I'm holding on the second front caliper installation. Basically I must find another SCG black fork leg and dissassemble it and weld the caliper bracket on.

Good news! The bike has made it into Super Street Bike Mag as a main feature and may make the Cover as well. More to follow..

Awesome Thanks for the update! Post pics!

Thanks. Unfortunately I cannot post the official shoot pics as it would infringe on the mag agreement. I can say that they are definitely worth the wait though...:D

I just stumbled onto this post today, and have been gushing over that front end. this turned out REALLY nice man, wow. just wow. absolutely gorgeous.

Let us know what issue month your bike will be in.

I understood a 150 would fit a '05 XB12R. Well, tried it - the shop I brought the tire to for mounting said it didn't fit mine. They said they mounted the tire and it just barely wouldn't clear the fork tubes. They said a 140 would fit. So I am going to go with a 140. I have it on order. Anyone want to order a brand new Bridestone Battlax 150 tire?

Good news: my bike made cover on the April issue of SuperStreetBike and has a 5 page spread with 10 pics from the shoot. It will be on the lower right or left on cover, not the larger central pic but I'm not one to complain lol.

I got the magazine yesterday and quickly glanced at the cover and saw the pic of your bike. Saw that it said, "what is it" but I didn't look real close and see that it was a Buell sitting under that Duc front fairing. Looked a little closer at it today and realized it was a Buell and remembered seeing it on this forum! Such a sick bike!

I can't find a link on SSB.com but here are some pics from the mag with my iPhone. It ended up being a 3 page spread. And 3 very nice pieces of eye candy draped across it!
