you're welcome, used them on my primary when two holes for the clutch cover got messed up, took about ten minutes per hole to drill, thread, countersink and insert the timesert. use either cutting oil or LPS 1 while cutting new threads, the entire process is done by hand so take your time and make sure you drill and thread straight for the timesert to be installed properly, good luck and post up when you've got her done

The shop got my bolts out and got new ones in (I didn't have the time or tools to tackle this in my garage right now) the spacer fit back on just fine, there really wasn't much grinding, I think the pic made it look worse than it was due to the camera flash and dirt. I'm good to go now, this ended up being a cheap fix, but could have been avoided. I'm just disappointed in the bolts they gave us with the kit. They were so confident in this being a proven kit and then this happens to more than one of us.

after all this i went and sorted some high tensile bolts and while i was at it, sorted some 3mm spacers for the front and rear sprockets.

should be all sorted now. chain clears tyre and bolts are tough.
