Alternative bar risers for xb9r

Wanted to try and post images. If this works I will add to it and explain exactly what I did. Basically I cut an LSL riser down and mounted it above the triple clamp.

Well I guess that worked I wanted Helibars but we all know how hard those are to come by now. This puts the bars about 3/4 of an inch back and about 11/2 to 2 inches higher. Here is the standard part next to the one I cut. I pinned them to align and help locate them. There is about 1/2 inch of tube above the clamp to attach to.

I will snap a pic of them on the bike and post that up later.

This is a picture of them mounted , just thought I'd put it up. They are a lot more comfortable for times when you are just droning along in a straight line.
