another xb12r misfire

Hi guys,
Bought my bike a year ago and everything was perfect until last month. It started stalling on idle while the bike is warm. If I do start to use it, it will work perfect as soon as it reaches working temp... If I stop it for a couple of minutes, it will do the same crap until it's hot again. I don't really feel any difference while riding it strangely :S So I spent a lot of time on the web to try and find out things to try out...

-Checked every ground on the bike (the whole wiring while I was on it) and have a new battery on intelligent charger
-Changed the spark plugs (DCPR9EIX) and still waitiing for the spark wires
-did the tps and afv reset
-Checked with ECMSpy...no codes, everthing seems fine as far as I know...
-Cleaned the throttle

The bike is a 2005 with Race ECM, Race Exhaust, Open airbox with K&N filter and breather reroute.
Any ideas before I bring it to dealer and pay a lot more than I could by finding it myself ?!

To add some details... I mentioned that its perfect at working temp (around 140c) but before that, I can feel a lost power and sometimes feels like its slowing down as I pull the gas up. Just rechecked every wire and the only one that looks bad is the one going to the oil filter :S

Still waiting for my plug wires (sooooo fast with ironmachine ) and tried to find a possible leak a throttle but can't find any.

Is there anything that could be in failure but not giving any code with ECMSpy ? Like fuel pump or cps or something else ?!?

Well... changed the plug wires yesterday and was better but not perfect

Took the plugs out today to gap them (stock DCPR9EIX were .25) to .35 and now it is wayyyyyy better !!!!
