Anyone actually put miles on their Buell

lol my point was that seeing as I only ride about 12 days a year I put a decent amount of miles on the bike. Not nearly what a lot of you do though.

ITS GREAT TO SEE ALL THESE MILES!! I've been slacking here lately but seams like 30k brought some gremlins out on my bike. Great Florida Fall riding is upon me. BIKETOBER FEST NEXT MONTH too at Daytona Beach. Who's coming? October 17-20

I've had mine since about april and have put almost 4500 miles on mine since. Funny as I owned my 2008 Versys from brand new, traded it for this bike and maybe had around 8k on it from new. Just didn't have the itch to ride it like I do the Buell.

I didn't put the miles on the bikes but.
I've parted out two 2003 xb9r's with 54 and 56,000 miles. One had a rod bearing fail, the other had a oil pump fail.
I also parted a 07 xb12ss with 68,000 miles the trans bearing behind the clutch basket failed.

Im north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. its only a 2.5 hour ride to daytona for me.

I put about 300 miles on my bike today and about 200 miles on it last sunday. That's pretty good considering I only ride once a month, typically

Put 391 miles on mine tuesday. rode from Land O Lakes (north of tampa) to palm bay to pick up race suit then to Sanford (north of orlando) to pick up a new drive belt then back to land o lakes.
