Flya and Buellbraski

Do your mirrors twist in the wind? mine twist around 70MPH. Did you dod anything special when you installed them? I've tried the electrical tape and torquing them down. Can't Get anything to hold them. I was thinking about emblem adhesive on the outside of the rubber.
I love the name BuellBraski too.

I know this is an old post but has anyone found anything new or have any good leads on a set of bar end mirrors?

I have those. Had some difficulty figuring out how to get them to stay secured in place. Ended up using a small section of garden between the smaller of the two bushings and inside of handlebars (someone else posted that idea). They work great with no vibration. I did this because I thought it an appearance improvement, I never realized those standard mirrors caused so much buffeting. The ride is sooooooo much more comfortable minus the buffeting.

My post should have included "garden hose" rather than the posted "garden". Hope that makes a bit more sense.

I used these cheap mirrors https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005FMTX4M/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They worked OK and I do not care bashing and scrathcing them around. One mirror had loosen screws so I had to remove the mirror glass, tighten the screws and glue the mirror back. The bar inserts were a little loose for Buell handle bar, so I wrapped the insets with plastic stripes I cut from plastic bottle to increase the inserts diameter.

Now I decided to install foldable mirrors because of extra room they allow to save. Ordered this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0041C94TG/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0041CC3YE/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I will probably 3D print protective rims for those expensive foldable mirrors, I do not want to scratch them.
