Bike Cutting Out

Hope someone on here can help?
My Buell (race bike) cuts out while running..... I can hit the kill switch and it starts again. Big pain when its happens while braking at 125 plus..... it will run fine for a few laps then cuts out again does not happen while leaned over!
At first I thought it was the kill switch but after checking things out ..the switch is not the issue. I have been told it might be the tip over switch? But I don't have one installed and this problem just started happening out of the blue!
Bad timing as it happened during the Barber vintage race this past weekend . So any ideas follow Bueller's?
The bike has a 9 race ECM and was running very well until now?

I believe the race ECM disables the bank angle sensor.
It's obvious, so excuse me if you've already tried it, but a loose battery terminal or ground strap will cause the symptom you describe...

Yes... I have checked them and made sure that all connections to the battery are good and solid. It restarts after toggling the kill switch. And yes I have tested that and looked for lose connections there and at every connection I can think of. Battery is also up to snuff.
