Bike problem

So I had my bike up in Wisconsin and it sat for about two weeks and then spent another two weeks being tailored to my house in nc.. Now when I try to start it everything comes on but the fuel pump sounds like its not working normal... The big problem though is that it won't start.. When I hit the ignition it just makes a clicking noise.. Bad battery maybe.. Or starter? Let me know what y'all think. Also the battery is a lithium battery..

I'd vote battery if it is clicking that is usually the starter trying to start but not having enough power. If you don't get it started by the weekend I can shoot down if you are still near Sanford and give you a hand.
