Had a bunch of bad bluetooth chips that are being replaced. Some would show up but not connect poll to the ecm and some would come on but not connect or anything.

Thanks! I'm an EE, so do appreciate you testing out the components and such for quality. I wonder if you are getting different versions of the firmware on the modules? I take it that these connect as SPP to the host, and are basically serial TTL to Bluetooth serial port. Appreciate your work on this.

It does connect spp amd as far as I know they are all the same firmware.

Yeah, seems PM aren't that reliable on this forum.

A while back you had posted that the first 15 were going out, and some have gotten theirs but I haven't seen mine yet. Were the first 15 also part of the batch of bad Bluetooth modules?
