I think the mass would matter so that the velocity of the front wheel along the axis of the front forks can be figured in since the wheel will obviously be out of ballance due to the ant.

I'm in no way serios here just having some fun... the real issue is does the friend ant realy know how to comprehend the question/answer, and if so he should be in your class..

Hahaha I had a whole response planned out for the first part of your post. And strangely enough...the ant is in the class. Its pretty awkward.
