I think I heard him say at the dragon event that he just set it up. Only one profiting is the actually shirt company.

^ Right there is the answer. I think I make $.50 or $.60 on the shirts with my design but that's it.

It's done out of a t-shirt printing company, so it's up to them, not me. I would assume so on the shipping though.
