Help Support Buellxb Forum:

Very, very sad. I often wonder how many members that stop logging on actually passed. Many probably sold their Buell, joined another forum or lost interest, but you have to think a few just quietly passed.

I will purchase flowers or a gift for the family and send it on behalf of the Buellxb.com community if someone will email or private message me with the info and what everyone wants to do as a gesture. If everyone wants to do something bigger than flowers and a small give we can organize some sort of donation through my main Buell parts paypal. Otherwise I will just take care of it on all our behalf.

Thanks Buellxb. Gosh that was awesome of you. I'd be happy to send some money your way for reimbursement.

Thanks goes out to BuellXB (Jeremy). A very stand-up move by him on our behalf. I'll pray for their families and can't say how much I regret hearing this news. Ride safe guys, for God's sake, ride safe. We're a dying breed as it is.

If there is any way that we can contribute please post. Will keep them in my prayers and pray for strength and healing.

Buellxb,

Can I send you paypal to help with the flowers?

If so, send me your email address.

Thanks.

Is there any type of donation we can help out with the families for funeral cost or anything? Kind of like the "Ride for Dime" like we have here in DFW?

Good on ya Buellxb. We once did a walk through the stands at Shannonville Motorsports Park with the other drivers and passengers looking for donations for a fellow sidecar racer killed at a track in Nova Scotia. I said thanks to all the fans who helped knowing that my fellow racers would do the same for my family. Kinda the same here, nice to know you guys and gals would at least have my family in your thoughts. Thanks to all, Wayne

I could set up an account to keep "Buellxb.com member life insurance for family members", but there are a ton of challenges. First off is trusting someone like me that you've never met personally to manage the money properly. Secondly trusting random members in the future that there is a legit tragedy. Third the tax ramifications IF money wasn't needed.

Personally I think the best gestures involve me using ad money generated on the site to send flowers on behalf of all of us, keep them in our prayers, post pics and a thread to remember them, stop by and show your respect if you're in the area, etc.

I think if we realize there is a major financial burden for a family such as a child losing their parents to an accident, a father passing (the major income producer of the family) or similar we could and should set something up based on the situation.

That's my 2 cents. What does everyone else think?
