can you make beltguards for 1125's?

Nilla I commented on my last thread, or sent you a pm about this? I cant remember.
Anyways, I can make them but I do not have access to an 1125 for test fitting. I usually use a stock plastic guard for measurements.
I am in contact with another member on this same subject, he is going to check if these guards will fit if they are just reverse bent for the left side.
Either way I would like to find a way to make them for you 1125 guys.
If I could get my hands on a stock guard I could make up some prototypes and send them to you to try out?
Just throwing an idea out there.

Shoot me a pic or just post it here with the guard as close to the belt as you can get it without needing to worry about it touching somehow

Also as for design I would be up for the Oblonged top holes and triangular side opening. [up]

i pm'd you a while back, but didn't get a response

i also have a spare 1125 set of guards, ready to go in a flat rate box this afternoon. you can keep 'em.

tho i'd like to mention that the stock guards are universal to fit the CR and R rear sprockets.
the CR sprocket is 76 tooth and the R is 70 tooth. this makes a difference of about .25 inch between the two.
if you'd like i can give you diameters, as i have one of each sprocket. lemme know

Sorry, I must have forgot to respond.
Jornum1 actually is sending me his guard this morning, otherwise I would have you send them out.
what would you like a guard for the r or cr?

Do you have any better pics of the front heel guards?

I can do a different design than this. This was just a quick one to get the front holes and curves to fit perfect. It can be changed to whatever you like.

Cool, Put me down for a front set.

Would like it to say XB12S1/2 with holes underneath like the rear set you have pictured above and a blasted finish.

CR, but there shouldn't be much of a difference at all between the two

here's pics as i promised to Maas562. i hope it helps to clarify what i was doing a poor job of putting into words. leeme know if/what you need more/close-ups on.

just measured the 70T and 76T side by side.
a full half inch difference in radius! not a quarter inch like i thought. ... 13.5" across the 76T and 12.5" across the 70T
so the 72T (04+ XB) should be just inbetwwen, a little closer to teh 70T

Dang ,looks like someone has been working overtime.Nice and clean with a shine to it.I have an O8 XB12R so i may just have to save up some money.[up]

I have a prototype done for a 2004 12R that will be getting test fitted and revised if need be tonight. That will be ready to sell soon for anybody who needs one to fit the older years.
I am also starting the upper guard for the 1125's tonight. Hang tight they're coming.
There's not enough time in a day.
Thankss

Here are some rider heel guards I did for nitto12ss and his XB12S and 1/2. They just need to be buffed out and they will be on their way to a new home.
