Dealer CRASHED MY BIKE!

I don't understand insurance company number, it's like they pull them out of a hat. I crashed a ninja250 with 14k miles on it 10 years ago and the insurance company gave me $4k for it. I swear I only paid $3000-3300 for it new, as that was before they updated it recently. They also gave me money for my helmet, but it was a $125 helmet, so that couldn't have helped much.

I just read back through this thread. Was there frame damage before this happened? I read the damage that you listed and frame damage wasn't part of the list.

Big dent in the gas tank would constitute as frame damage, for our bikes atleast.

the bike was 100% mint until the dealer got ahold of it. the handle bars hit the frame pretty hard
