Did the planets align last night?

I have always wondered why trailer when you can ride
Sometimes it's just not practical to ride.

This pickup was just not practical in my opinion. I have ridden other bikes home, just depends on the weather. I certainly could have ridden it home, but I would rather not intentionally ride 3-hours in the rain if I can avoid it. I don't have rain gear for my bike, so it would have been a very uncomfortable ride for me. I'm not knocking those that ride in all weather, its just not for me! I'd rather ride when it's nice out, and nice doesn't necessarily mean it has to be 50+ degrees, I do ride when it's cold, I just try to stay out of the rain!

I'm curious, what'd you pay?

I paid well over $7k for the bike and like I said, worth every penny.

Hopefully I'll be able to get some pictures today after cleaning her up. Work has been ridiculous this week, so I haven't been able to do anything except park it in the garage since buying it. :( I'll post pictures tonight if I can get some before dark.

Wow! That is a stunning bike! Yeah, it is great when the planets align. That's how I felt riding my 'bolt home... I couldn't believe it was actually mine. Many safe and happy miles!

Nice Bike[up][up][up] Really like the color combo. I also have a 2010 with about 650 miles on it as of right now!!! But I have sunk a boat load of money into mine!! You wont be disapointed!

Awesome looking bike! No wonder you're in love! I know about the "stars aligning" feeling. I had that when I bought my '07 12R a few years ago. I wanted one in black\cherry bomb and checked it out at the dealership. Threw a leg over it, loved it instantly but no way could I afford it. Got home, checked Craigslist and there was the exact bike I was looking for - 18 months old and I got it for literally half the price of brand new! 25,000 miles later, I still love it as much as the day I bought it!

Happy riding - stay safe!

First couple "mods" came in today for the new bike. Some axle and case sliders from 5-0dro. Thanks man!

Hopefully I'll have some pictures of them installed tonight after work, even though I know everyone has seen these installed before!
