Just curious to see if we have any powerlifters, body builders or guys( AND LADIES) that are just plain addicted to lifting and going to the gym??

My work in progress over a couple years

I frikkin sweat BAUCE sauce brah... I wring it out of my undies and sell it by the ounce to the megapharm companies that make the beloved preworkout names such as Hemo rage, jack3d, and NOXplode... They pay a pretty penny for it too... Hence me being able to afford this money pit of a bike... Lol

That's about the ONLY way I could afford this thing... Lol
Dont lie, youve been trading sexual favores for parts.
(Nohomo) Negative blew me, played with my balls, even cuddled up after, for a left side riders peg. Got weird when he started telling me how pretty i am.

Relative to the thread, few years back at 145lbs, began bulking and training. I bulked to 198lb got hurt and sick met a girl and started a new job... Now im just fat.

But on a more serious note... Yes I actively hit the gym an average of 3 - 4 days a week and alternate between cardio and the basic anaerobic exercises to try and stay in shape... Being active duty for the national guard requires me to be in shape...

I am by no means a builder or gym rat but it is a regular part of my life... I bulked up a lot when I was on my deployments but that's only really because literally all you had to do was wake up, work out, report for duty, get off work, eat, work out, shower, sleep, repeat... That was working out every single day, twice a day... So it was just kind of a bonus... I have other stuff to do now that I'm home (like wrench on my buell)...

I've been in decent shape most of my life since high school so I don't have any kind of real progress pictures that I keep up with... But by the looks of yours, you've really put in some serious work man!!... [up]

Negative. what state are you in/ MOS? Im full time guard in NY.. got back from afghanistan last year.. deff miss bulking on deployment life.. deff the biggest/ strongest I had ever been.. started the deployment at 220 @ 18% at the end was 248 @15%..

I used to hit the gym around 4 times a week. I did that for about 4 months. I play ice hockey 3-4 times a week so I don't need to go to the gym, I just did it for fun for a while. I have a bow flex I hit up to keep my arms from getting flabby :)

im normally 5 days lifting and 3 days cardio/abs.. ive got a problem lol starting to bulk now and had to get a 2nd job to help out with my grocery bill .. no bueno lol

It aint nuthin but a peanut! :D

I really like lifting, and usually am in the gym 4 days a week. Gotta balance work, school and gym time.So my plate is pretty full.

That is some awesome progress btw man! I'm trying to bulk right now, but you are a big dude. [up]

thanks man... wasnt easy but finally getting to where I wanna be. The deployment DEFF helped like Negative said , you get plenty of time to lift hard, and stuff your face with food to get bigger and stronger.

gotta have a balance, balancing is a little easier for me becuase being full time in the Army, work allows me to take a hour PT break mon wed fri to workout, so that REALLY helps me so im not spending all my free time in the gym

I hit the gym 4 mornings a week before work.

Started as a Freshman in college at 150. 4 years later I am sitting at 170 (I am 5'8) and probably the strongest / fittest I have ever been.

Once you get into a routine, you become addicted to it. My days are significantly worse / I feel like a lazy bastard on days I do not get to the gym to lift.

I do cardio before each lift, and then do some short distance running / sprints on off days.
