Hey guys, I just registered to post this. I've watched the forums on and off for years as I've wanted a Buell since I was a kid, but have never had one yet (though that may change this summer). I'm curious how the group is about non-Buell bikes? I'm coming for my first ride on the Dragon, mostly to check out the bikes in person (been many years since I have seen a Buell), hear them, and check out the community.

Welcome! You'll find that half of the bikes there are non-Buells owned by previous Buell riders that moved on for one reason or another. The bikes may change but the people stay the same! Great bunch of folks. Please introduce yourself to me when you get there! Good to bring in new faces to the Buell world! [up]

Yep. And some folks have a Buell and a non-Buell. I'll have both my Buell and my Triumph there. It don't matter what you ride, just that you ride.

Looking like I'll be able to make it! Unfortunately the XB12S is gone(looking for Uly or 12SS) but the DR should do ok. I'll prob throw a tent on the back and checkout simple life campground. Hell, I usually take the DR and pick a spot in the woods to camp so no worries on a place to stay. It will be nice to meet some members. Do we wear "Hello my name is…" name tags?lol
