ECMSpy for 08 Uly

Cool, so I have made up my cable.

Now I need help. I have searched the site (using the Google method).
So I need some grace, as I will no doubt ask what has probably been asked millions of times...

What version ECMSpy do I need? Where can I get a freebie copy please?
How do I test my newly mad cable to check if it works properly?

Anything else I need? I understand I will need drivers for the USB cable?

Running old laptop with XP on it.

Everything you need can be sourced from here http://www.xoptiinside.com/home and I'd use TunerPro with your 08 model instead of EcmSpy
