perhaps its redundant to point this out,,,,,,, but its all Young people from what i could see, all sport bikes, and very little proper road gear, or protective gear other than helmets. I bet,, some of them were even wearing flipflops or deck shoes, no proper leather, boots, proper gloves or anything else,

Its more like God giving them a warning about being stupid,,,

They could have used some sort of cleaner on the bike, which made the seat slick. Also, sounded like he blipped the throttle, so she could not have been expecting it, wasn't holding on properly, which caused her to slip off the rear seat onto the rear tire.
