I tried that last night, and it dint want to take my visa card/let me use my account to pay for it. I went to UPS store today, and asked them about it. they had no idea, but tried to help me anyway, after not having any luck they had me come behind the counter to try to figure it out on their computer. after like 30 minutes of them and me clicking away trying to figure it out they finally just logged into the stores online UPS acct. and we started the whole process over again. The order/tag (w/e you want to call it) was rang up and charged the UPS store, then i had to pay them back with my visa card. I sent Brian an email via UPS with the tag, but the UPS guy literally just clicked "save as" once it showed up on the computer, and then attached it as a normal email. after that he took a screen shot of it on the computer and opened it into word and "saved as" again. He also attached that file to the email. he said that its always good to have two attachments just in case.
personally i was not pleased with their customer service at all! and highly doubt that the whole process will work out, I'm def going to keep my receipt!
BTW I sent you a PM on here after i left the UPS store anrkizm95, i didn't want to go into to much detail at the store with their email because they were reading it all and watching it all as i was typing and sending everything
