External. If I zoom out even a little, I think it would be very obvious. It can be found towards the front of the bike.

no, it is considered part of the bike - something from the factory.
You would also find this on the majority of automobiles

What's really cool is that the text, while it appears to be floating on the surface, is actually in a sub-layer of glass. And those dots? Tiny tiny specks.
