I can start the bike when in nuetral and kick stand down. When i keep the bike in nuetral but raise the kickstand, the bike dies.

I can start the bike when in nuetral and kickstand up, but when I keep the bike running (in nuetral) and kick the sidestand down, the bike dies again.

Obviously it's a kickstand switch issue. But here's whats interesting, when the bike is running (in nuetral) if i either kick the side up very fast or down very fast, it doesnt die.

Is there a way to hardwire the switch so I can just bypass this completely? I'm giving this bike to my brother who is graduating college and he isnt tech savy at all; so I would like to ternimate this issue all together if possible

Yes you can just connect the wires together and it will always be off. Your switch is sticking, probably why you can move it up and down really fast without it killing the bike.

you could probably hose it down with some contact cleaner or alcohol (not beer!) and it will be ok. if not, just butt splice the wires together and forget about it, just don't ride off with the kickstand down!!!

Awesome, I just hardwired it and she started right back up without any sensor issue. Will me ecm read this as an error? I'm trying to prevent my speedo from lighting up like a xmas tree :)
