hello everybody ive got an o5 xb12r and have no headlights....they were working fine the other day but now not so much. fuse is fine bulbs are new. strange part is my hi beam indicator light on the dash stays on all the time. even flipping the switch from hi to low to hi to low..... always on... help???

I would think that something is grounding out causing your high beam light issue. I'm not completely sure but I would begin with the headlight harness. Unplug it, check and clean the connections then plug in and try again. I don't know where but I seem to remember someone talking about the connections corroding and causing a similar issue.

it's telling you there's a fault in the headlight system. do what the enemy said. go to front of bike and check the headlight main plug. it consists of 4 wires being orange/white/black/yellow..........easy to locate. check it as well as the grounding wires at steering neck and the hi/lo switch on left handlebar control assembly. therein lies your problem.

had the same issue the connector that is white under the cowling is crap so its better to have them perm spliced in.
