BTW, should probably point out that I contacted Joe Rocket Canada about the crash and the bruises (my post on page 1). I had a return email from the President of Joe Rocket Canada in about 24 hours, on a Sunday night. We had several email exchanges. He called me three times until we connected. We had a good discussion, he expressed concern and a serious knowledge of motorcycle racing, riding and safety.
He surprised me by offering to replace the helmet.
I've got to say that's about the best customer service I've had from anybody.
