Help or Advice!

I live in NJ and I just got a Buell Firebolt XB12R. I noticed some minor problems with it and rather than spending the money to get it fixed, I wanted to know if there were any quick, safer solutions.
Problems:
-Fusebox on left side broke, should I zip-tie it in?
-horn does not work, missing bolt to hold in, and because of this plug keeps coming out, anyone know the bolt size?
-Neutral Light must have burned out, I took apart the whole front fairing and took the odometer off, but the light is definately malfunctioning, can anyone fix it?
-My turn signals keep coming off as the bike vibrates. I plan on installing flush mounts however at the moment I don't have the money so does anyone know any quick fixes?

Zip ties should work if you use the right size and tighten them correctly. As fir the blinker try a lock nut or lock washer... That is if they are stock.

See the end of the lights vibrate off, I push them in but it will not clip on. Yeah I will try to ziptie the fuse box. But the lights just annoy the hell out of me cause they keep falling off as I ride. Do you know how much and where to get a new wiring harness kit?

take the lights off and put bolts in the holes. Front sigs aren't much good for anything anyway.
