I am having trouble with my high beam, i have checked the continuity of the bulb in and out of the high light housing and it reads "0". I have checked the ac current and it reads about 110 +/- a few when the bike is at the run position on the key and on the right lever(i hear the fuel pump pressurize), but should that reading change when the high switch is on or off? there is obviously power to the high beam but no light? any guidance would be appreciated and i will post pics of how i am taking the reading today once i have another set of hands to operate the camera.

What year and model Buell are you referring to? Also have you tried to change the bulb to see if the high beam is just burned out; I realize these could both be obvious questions, but neither were really stated.

thanks guys i figured out that i needed to be in the dc range!;) i checked the bulbs in and out of the housing they are good. got power to the low but not to the high beams, losing it through the wiring harness i think. got pics any help with the harness would be great, also have the pdf manual but can't read the diagram because it becomes to blurry. but here are the picks

HAVE POWER TO THE YELLOW WIRE WHICH RUNS THE LOWS ON MY BIKE AND NO POWER TO THE WHITE WIRE WHICH RUNS THE HIGHS REGARDLESS OF THE POSITION OF THE HIGH BEAM SWITCH.

got it figured out just had to replace one of the wire fittings in the harness going to the high beams. But i am going to have to buy a front brake switch it is going bad for sure.
