I'm just a 2 hours south in SW PA and it's pretty miserable here. I would tempt a short ride now and then if there wasn't so much salt everywhere.

This winter I'm just gonna be bored. Planning on fixing up my basement a little, cleaning up the tail swap on the GS500 so I can sell it in spring. Next winter though I'm hoping to have a streetfighter project out of an old gsxr. I think that should satisfy some of the bike withdrawal.

Move to central Florida, year round riding, the summers are brutal, but the winters are great.

You have a curse that few are blessed with. You love the feel and control of horsepower in the purest form, on two wheels. Its something that can hurt you, and you miss it. Your a sick puppy, try Zanex.

It is a sickness......I grew up racing dirtbikes (cross country 50 mile races). Adrenaline fixes are just as addictive as any drug. I knew I would get hurt and did many times, but I always went back for more. Now my attention has turned to the streets and the concreate jungles we live in.

Lol good suggestions guys. I ride downhill professionally so I ride my mountain bike all year round. Going to salt. Lake city next week, gonna snow board til my legs die ;) gotta get me grand tourismo 5 ;) and.. just got out of a long ****** relationship, just moved into my own place ( without her) so its time to have funv again!

Oh yea! We have drunken extreme sled riding parties!

How I cure winter bike withdraws is by ATVing, video games, building something, guns, and drinking.

I traded in my sport quad for a Kawi Brute Force 750 this past summer, and after the recent snow we've had, I finally got to try out my new 27" Zillas, and boy do they work! No longer getting stuck all the time like with the stock tires.

For video games, I would think that owners of both a Buell and a Playstation have heard of Tourist Trophy. Black is my FPS favorite, especially since I have completed the game and have been rewarded with unlimited ammo.

It's funny how many of us are into mountain biking as well as motorcycling. Unfortunately, It's almost impossible to do either in Ohio right now. I couldn't take it anymore so I got a gym membership. I've already put on a decent amount of muscle in the last month. I'm hoping I'm hoping it will help my mountain biking as well. Good luck not losing it.

I was just gonna mention that to rhyno! Much better than the motoGP games and you have the selection of xb9sx, xb9r and a race modified xb9r among some other good bikes. I can sit there doing wheelies back and forth the straightaways for hours, it's very sad.

i bust out the winter toys
we used to have a grizzly we would hook a ski rope to and drag a tube. took out a street sign with my hip! clipped a mail box with my ankle, and my friend let go and slammed into the back of a pontiac sunfire. freakin hilarious (no injuries)

Park your bike on a set of front and rear stands in front of your TV and play MotoGP 09/10 on your X-BOX 360 or PS3... you could even put on your leathers and helmet and get a pair of big fans cranked to 11 (to simulate the wind).....

yes! haha

For my winter outdoor biking ( i ride at rays indoor in cleveland a lot in the winter) I made a pretty wicked set of tires using a pattern, and short flat head roofign screws. they work awesome.

I'll have to look into some of these games.

Whats on my agenda today.. Just built a small wood/salt fire kiln ( i do pottery) and i am firing that off today =) pics of the work to come
