How Long will you keep your Buell?

I'll keep mine until it doesn't run anymore. Then, i'll display it in my leaving room. There is nothing out there that even compares to this bike.

Six months ago when I got my 2010 XB9SX I thought I'd keep it forever. I was planning to ride it over 100,000 miles. Now that I have 7500 miles on it, and the gears are getting hard to shift ever since I used synthetic oil, and that damn loud fan is on all the time, I'm starting to think maybe I'll sell it for something else (probably before the end of the year). The thrill is gone.

Id like to keep it till it dies also but pick up or build a cruiser, something I can strecth out on and ride with my girlfriend without crunching my nards at every stoplight or sign.

But if someone came along and offered me what i payed for it four years ago then who knows.
