Hi,guys. Just bought my first Buell and joined the forum a month or so ago. Though I'd take a second to introduce myself and my bike. She's an 04 Firebolt with 11,000 miles and I got er for $3,000!! I've owned a ton of bikes including a KTM Superduke and a Triumph Street Triple (still own the Triumph) and I can honestly say the Buell is the best "sportbike for the road" that I've owned. The way it hugs corners and the feeling you get while riding it can't be matched. Though I'm a bit frightened at the 60 bucks I had to spend and the month I had to wait for a clutch cable, I think she's a keeper.

The KTM is one of the most brilliant bikes built in my opinion. It was comfortable, fast and great for back roads. In hindsight, I really miss it but what can ya do? lol. I have an addiction to trying new bikes I think. I'd like to ride a KTM with clip-ons like the RC8.

thats what i have been hearing. Im just like u, i havnt been able to keep a bike for longer than yr before i sell it and by something different lol :)

Thanks guys! It's just killing me that I bought this thing so late in the year and I've barely been able to ride it. Just put a set of Power Pures on it I'm dying to test out.

Welcome!

My last bike was a Triumph as well, but I had the Speed Four, the 600cc I4 version of yours that had clipons. I think the Street Triples look great, and I always wondered why my bike didn't come with real handlebars.
