Well since I already have 2 Harleys & my Buell, I would have to say that if there were no Buell I would go for the BMW S1000RR. Has anyone read the write-ups on this thing? Pretty impressive I must say! Check out the link, first ride.

Bolt08- My dad is the parts manager at Brown Motor Works in Pomona,CA. I got to see that beast before the public sale. I gotta say it's amazing!

yeah, I haven't seen one in person yet but I think I may go outta my way to do so. it will be a good excuse to take my firebolt for a ride when the weather clears. according to the write-up on it they say that it should quite possibly be able to walk right away from a Hyabusa [up] that I would like to see :D

KTM DUKE
Ducati Monster

Actually Prolly a Cruiser...my 03 XB9s Will be my only ever sport bike...I hope

I have an 07 XB12Stt with lightning bodywork and my wife has a Street Triple R. Bikes are a great match for riding together. Triumph is a sweet bike, but its not a Buell.

i think i would get a kawasaki z1000 if there were no buell's. they look pretty sweet i like the naked bike look.

ok originally i post the 848. well after getting on a busa recently. . . I'd like to change my mind and say I'd buy a whale if there were no buells.

If there was no buells I think I would go with aprila, KTM, or maybe a ducati. I really like v twins and I think those 3 companies are the only ones that focus on v twins besides buell. Sure some of the jap companys have made a decent twin or 2 at one point or another but v-twins are not something they focus on. Also I like that buell and the Italians think outside the box unlike the jap bike which all seem cookie cutter in comparison.

Not giving up on Buell. but this high-reving 2 cylinder has got me drooling.

Sharper and lighter than anything that calls itself competition: 120 torque, 155 HP at 10,000 rpm and weighs less than 500lbs fully tanked. Nonetheless, thanks to innovative solutions and meticulous detail work, KTMs' achieved unsurpassed rideability on the street and on the racetrack, in every situation of life or riding.

MSRP~$16,000
