If Buells didn't exist...

When I was buying my XB12S I was really close to bying an H-D XR1200 instead. Looking back now, I'm really glad I took the Buell!

Yep the Buell has more fuel, it's lighter, it has better brakes, better suspension, and nicer wheels.

The XR1200X with sticky tires and a couple other things would be a right proper track bike, but when you can get a 3K sportie and do it up like that Deus Ex machine above, there's no reason to spend HD money on a track bike.

I like the headlight on the XR1200x though, and the ergos are nice for us tall fellers.

Mine wouldnt have been stolen.

But i would probably own a 2006-2004 VFR 800 Or a triumph Daytona or speed triple.

if Buell's never existed most of these other bike models wouldn't either... ktm, ducati, triuph and some jap crap bikes have all copied Buell in some form...

but i would have:

- KTM Super Duke 990
- Ducati Hypermotard
- Triuph Triton

-Monster S4R
-KTM Super Duke 990

Probably would be a Ducati for sure, but the KTM's are pretty sweet as well

Never cared much for sport bikes until I saw Buell. If I hadn't found them I probably would have never gotten on a sport bike.
-HD Sportster 48
-Indian Scout
-Victory Vegas Jackpot

+1 on the KTM if there was one available. Thing is just mean, to bad they had such a limited run

Of what one?

There are three RC8's at the ktm dealer here one of them is an RC8R with a full akrapovic exhaust and upgraded valvetrain the other is a special edition and lastly a standard RC8
Several dukes too super and super r

If only the pricetag were where I could snag one :(

This one, I thought I read somewhere they only built like 60 and only like 25 made it to the states, mostly to dealers who could use as Showroom models, or just advertise, or sell if they wished.

nope cant buy that color sceme anymore but you can still buy the RC8R and add the body panels/stickers you need to convert
decals

Triumph Daytona 675.

I have a Daytona 600 and love it.

Totally different bike than a jap bike, and that's why I love my Buell and my Triumph.

NOT made in Japan.

I would not had that great possibility to be here (BuellXB.com) speaking to you guys.
And I would not be dreaming about any other bike at all like I do torture myself with that dream about Buell XB.

Speaking about bikes I also like... well...

Triumph Daytona 675SE.

Been YouTube stalking it for a while.

Local dealer has 1 of the 50 that came state side for 2011.

Its very tempting.

I'm surprised that know one mentioned this yet a Aprilia SXV 550, Who can't go past an insane v-twin motard, but maybe that because I ride an xb12stt:D

Run for your life from the SXV. I traded my Superduke for one and have regretted every second of it. The day after I got it the problems started and never ended until I sold it. Oh, and I had the newer "good" model. I should mention that it's probably the funnest bike I've ever ridden, but you need deep, deep wallets to enjoy one of these.

something along these lines would be going in the right direction for a bike style for me, just a Autodesk creation I've been messing with in my spare time. But would love to see more manufactures making v-twin nakeds.
