Or does there seem to be a TON of new members lately?

Regardless, glad to see some new and interesting topics of discussion. I'm coming up on the 1st anniversary of owning my first Buell and I have to say. I've learned quite a bit in the last year thanks to the crew here.

So...thank you everyone.

I noticed it too... maybe lots of previous owners ditching their bikes in preparation for the new EBR models? Wishful thinking... :D

New members is a good thing, as long as they become cobtributing members. I like seeing regular posters.

Unfortunately, ive also notice a ton of boring threads, re-threads, old topics, help topics. Mostly abd expectedlynthese new members are posting about repairs and troubleshooting, glad to help where i can but thats all they wanna use the forum for, i hang out to meet new buellers, organize rides, participate in organized events, the humor, i use this more than facebook. Ill admit i also started off asking for help.

We all do :)

I was 18 when i joined asking the basic questions with little mechanical confidence .... now im 24 and have met over 30 Buellers and have helped 5 get their bikes back on the road.

Ill be on the forum for a long time [up]

Shout out to Lefox for being the first guy to help me fix my bike and prevent Harley from touching it.

New Buell owner here. I test rode one at Daytona in 05 and was impresed with the whole bike but the motor. Around September I finaly decided to ditch the cruiser and sport bike for a single ride and the American made Buell won out over the Monster 1100 which I also test rode. The best decision I have ever made in bike purchase. I have not had a single regret with this bike so far. This site has been part of my love for the XB12S and all the true motorcycle enthousiests here. I check this site almost every day just to see if anybody has posted a new pick or come accross something interinsing. My girl firend is getting a bike now and after listing to me ramble about my love affair of my XB she has decided she wants a Blast. I expect to see her on here afterwards expressing her love as well. As long as you guys keep it classy and apreaction for all bikes I beleive you will keep the new members rolling in.
