However I went for a nice ride, forgot all of the looks i get when I ride this bike lol. Has a small miss when I get up to the higher RPMs, I'll let to run through the gas thats in it now and try some fresh gas. If that doesnt work then I'll have to reset my TPS

Well I put in some fresh 95 octane and I still have a mis right when I hit 5k. Planning on buying a ECM cable this weekend and reset my TPS

Figure I should just go ahead and bump this thread and make it my worklog... I was planning on disassembling the bike sooner, but I was on the hunt to buy a house, and I didnt feel like moving bits and pieces of the bike when moving day came. But YAY!!! I did manage to find a house and moved in last week, sure enough once I was somewhat settled in I started to work on the bike.

Parts that will be powder a flat black:
Frame/Tank
Swingarm
Bracket that holds the gauge,lights,etc
Primary Cover
Timing Cover

All of the plastics will be painted black

Replace the head gaskets and install screaming eagle head studs

Do a chain conversion
and odds and ends

All I need for the chain conversion is a rear sprocket and chain, but I have everything else

I am still planning on boosting the Buell, but since I bought a house it may not happen as soon as I wanted it, however I've been collecting parts

So it's just the motor on the stand now

I give my throttle body to a buddy that does port work on lightning and cobra blowers. He's going to open it up a bit and give it a good polish. Might also give him my heads to play with.

Just ordered new valves, seals, and guides from NRHS. They have great customer services and helped out to make sure I ordered the correct parts

So my friend and I were talking about the bike and at first I was going to re-paint the plastic black. But with me painting the motor black and having a whole bunch of odds and ends powder black we notice that is alot of black lol, even with when the blue header and wheels. So the plan is to paint the plastics white with some black accents
