Also painted my motor and took my timing cover off. Cleaned up my belt pulley also, tried to make it somewhat ok looking

The problem i'm running into now is I cant get these damn head studs off, which is starting to piss me off...[mad]
 
Weather was nice, so I decide to grab the new levers off of my kitchen table and install them.

Just my $.02 but its way easier and cleaner to paint the airbox cover with the filler neck removed. Just sand the plastic dinguses down on the inside and yank it off then epoxy it back on after.

For that fuel cap bezel I just carefully heat up the melted tabs on the airbox with a little torch and pull the 2 apart... for reinstall I trim a lttle off the tabs on the sides (enuff u can"snap" the bezel back on) and then melt the tabs back over with my airless plastic welder. U could easily melt them back over with a screw driver heated up with a little butane torch instead of a plastic welder.
 
Nothing to exciting but finally my gasket set showed up

My 48th tooth sprocket just showed up. Just need a 520 chain and my chain conversion will be complete
