Dear flaxb9r,

I would not put it in my swimming pool but I have had one on my bike in all sorts of weather and washing bike for over one year and it is still going strong... In answer to your question no problem with water or rain after a year of outdoor use... Regards, Joe...

Sean did you get your tires mounted?

I'm just happy to be riding, really. Once I tear my bike down in a few weeks who knows how long it'll be until I'll be riding again

Ohh ohh I know, I know

2 week project + Sean = 10 months

:D

Haven't worked on the bike yet. When I get back from new orleans(~2 weeks) I'll be taking the bike apart and getting the parts powder coated, buying the new parts I need, and putting it all back together with the new tires.

Hey snrusnak - Here's a good pic of that bolt. I had the fairing off for HID installation this weekend. It's a bolt to nowhere. I can't even imagine what it could hold in place. There's not much room on the other side to hold anything. It looks pretty damn stock to me - perfectly even, clean install. I doubt it came from the factory though. Guess it will always be a mystery!

Possibly a shift light or even a " voltage indicator light " like someone posted in one of the previous post?
