I bought the thing last fall for 600$ because it didnt run and didnt really have an exhaust. All i had to do was pull the carburetor off and replace the old piece with Das Boot, while i was in there i rejetted the carb, shimmed the needle and did the velocity stack intake. I then did a tail chop and replaced with superbike style handlebars. And bought the Vance and Hines exhaust.

Then I tore it down to the bare frame and had alot of powder coating done. Everything in orange is powdercoating, the downpipe is ceramic coated, and the muffler and Y braces are powdercoated satin black. The plastics were painted by me and my buddy at my work in our paint booth. Had a buddy make me custom footpegs (rear have a 1.25" drop)

Updated front isolator mount, Brand new wheel and steering head bearings, Pirelli Diablo tires, new brake pads, aftermarket headlight, smoked ducati monster tailight with integrated turn signals, soon to have shorty levers as well

For the horn do you literally just replace the horn, and you're good to go?
