My CR is making a strange sound

Sup everyone. So, I've noticed a sound coming from somewhere near the upper left fork as I either turn the handle bars or if I'm slightly leaning while riding.It kinda sounds like a grinding sound, but nothing is actually grinding.

Anyone have any idea?

steering head bearings or pull your fly screen make sure nothing is stuck in there?
