My first Buell

Hello from Nebraska. I just picked up an 06 Lightning Long with 1900 miles that will be delivered to me tomorrow. I found this board and decided to join in on the fun. The bike is all stock. I plan to maybe add an integrated rear light, change the front signals, and possibly the mirrors, but otherwise just plan on enjoying the ride. I already own a Warrior, so I just wanted to add something to the stable to go out and tear up the back roads every once in a while.

Nice bike and good choice on forums! I always wonder when i see a post like yours about the bikes history how could anyone not want to ride the wheels off of an awesome bike like that 1900 miles in 5 yrs. there loss your gain have fun and be safe![up]

My Warrior is all kinds of tricked out, so I know once the mod bug bites, it spreads exponentially. As far as mirrors go, I'm looking for some nice bar ends; any suggestions? For the integrated tail, I'm still trying to decide to do it or just put small LED signals like the sweet darth vader bike above has. I actually like the look of the tail piece, so I don't plan on chopping it.

My XB is a bright red/orange color with matching rims. I will post a pic after I have it in my garage. For now, here's a couple pics of my other ride.
