Need to find 1125r lights

My VR went out last fall and I drove it like that for a few weeks. When I replaced my VR I started it up this year after months and noticed both of my middle head lights no longer work. I heard this is common when VRs get bad that they blow out the head lights. Does anyone know where to buy new ones? And has anyone written an install guide on it? Can't find to much info on the net. Thanks it's an 09 1125r
