Hello Buellers.
I'm following this forum for quite some time, but as I just could buy my Firebolt (last week, Sep 22nd), I decided to introduce myself and my bike:
Ok, I already posted a pic of her on User's Pics topic, but I didn't include any detail about it.
I'm the second owner of this beautiful Buell. Got it with 16K KM (10K Miles). It's a stock XB12R '07. I don't plan to change it much, just the usual: exhaust, filters and perhaps ecm (not sure if I will do it).
I dream about this bike since I saw a photo of a red and orange on a bike magazine (can't remember the name). I believe this was back on 2005 or 2006.
I like bikes since I was kid but just got to buy one when I was 30 (a 88' RD 350 that is still with me). I already had a Yamaha FZR600, a Honda Hornet and a Suzuki GSX-R750.
Last weekend I rode around 250KM with two fellows. They were running Suzuki GSX-R1000. I was surprised how well the Firebold could keep the pace, around 220Kph. The road didn't give a chance for them to escape from me
That's it. I've learned much from you guys, reading your posts, so thank you all.
PS. If there is any other Brazilian, please let me know.
