new guy here, looking at an xb9r....is this just a seal leak?

For a guy new to Buell, but with extensive experience in motor work, would it be relatively easy for me to simply order the gasket kits and replace them myself?

Other than this leak, the bike seems to be very well taken care of. Regular maintenance and kept in his walk in basement. Fired right up and sounded great. He rode it down the road for me and again it seemed great.

I would keep looking.... unless of course you could get it for a deal (around or under 3k)

I got him talked down some, so i'm going to buy it. May seem crazy to some of you, but there really isn't anything around me, and I love the looks of this bike.

At this point I have several things I want to get...
Where is the best place to get the needed gaskets (LSHD1.com as mentioned?)
I'll also need a ecm cable, best place for one of those?
