Hello all, I have a buddy that has a buell xb9 in pretty good shape that he is willing to sell me for 1k. My only concern since I have never ridden it or sat on it do any of you think I will I be able to fit on it. I'm 5'9" 154lbs, with a slim body. Thanks in advance.

Buells are super small bikes length wise and height wise they are pretty short also you should be good

Yeah, he just put new tires on it too. He bought a '03 ZO6 Vette and doesn't ride much unless to go to the store and what not.

Thomas im 5'7" and I fit my 12r fine. I get both my feet 3/4 flat on the ground. and i never feel to short to ride it safely

I plan on getting it the middle of Sept. I had never heard of a buell until I saw that one. The sport-bike look and the Harley sound just drives me crazy! He said it isn't the fastest bike by any means but he said he's beat plenty of GSXR's and Ninja's in the corners though.

GET IT! Heck...even parting it out its worth WAY more than that!! I see crashed "salvage" bikes bringing good money!! You WILL like it!! They have some bugs, and you WILL wrench on it some, but they are truly a fun bike!! Welcome to our forum too!!
