I've have access to vinyls for wrapping the plastics. Has anyone tried this and what were the results?

All you need to go with that is a couple concrete blocks and a tag on the back wall and you'd be done.

Now that's a sweet looking buell. Nothing looks better that polished aluminum. If I were you I'd go ahead and polish everything. I know its hard work though. Congrats!

Thanks guys. They will be available real soon. Things have been real busy. But I will try to find the time this week to update my website to include them. Yes you will have to trim your fairing. I used a 2-3/4" hole saw to do mine. It took all of 5 minutes to do.
I will be removing the muffler that is on the bike now. It will be listed on Ebay sometime this week.

mosaic00, is that the Thrust Blue chin fairing directly from Buell, or did you paint it yourself? If so what brand/color of paint did you use?

I have been thinking about doing that. You got the color perfect!
