Hey Warbaby, who makes those tank/frame pads? I've seen the gripster ones with the diamond pattern, and I usually think they look a little cheezy. I really like the pattern on yours better, and wouldn't mind tracking down one of those pads for the back of the airbox. Is it the 'high fusion' style from gripster?

Have you seen anywhere that only sells the pad for the back of your airbox? All I ever see are the kits with the side pieces, with the option to buy the back piece for an additional $15, but I've never seen anywhere you could but just the buckle guard.

Someday I'll have to find someone who wants to split a set.

been here for a little bit now
here is my 04 XB12S wtih the following mods,
race kit, xblights smoked tail light, carbon chin spoiler, cf belt gaurds, cf oil cooler scoop, h.i.d.s, traction grips, 06 outer airbox, open inner airbox, chopped and painted tail, painted heel gaurds, painted flyscreen support, shortened signals, crg mirror, custom upholstered seat.
I'm sure I've fogrgot something but this is the highlights. bike is currentli in project mode and will return better than ever.

I also have 09 XB12R with a drummer. (friend and member here 09 Cherry bomb bolt)

cleaning before putting it up (frame puck cover flew off)

Thats awesome you have a girl who rides and rides a big one to. She smoke you on the straights and you got the turns? Ive always loved suzukis, i started on one. Just cant do the sound and stance anymore cause of buell lol.

lol yeah anything past the 1/8th mile I dont have a chance in the straights. she's not exactly slow in the turns either. She's a motorcycle safety instructor too.
