Help Support Buellxb Forum:

So I got to wondering and figure everyone who has helped out deserves to know this. For those I offend or upset I guess I really don't care. This is a conversation I just had with Aubrie about the shirts/fundraiser money.

Me
Did you or any of the family ever get any of the money/shirts raised from the Delta One tshirts sold on the Buell forum for Arron?

Her
Idk about the money but we haven't gotten shirts yet..

Me
Can you check on the money, lots of guys haven't gotten shirt yet an I am concerned that the family won't get the money donated for the shirts or even the shirts.

Her
I'll ask right now......My mom said that last time she checked we haven't gotten money or shirts.....

Me
Oh REALLY, well I will be having some serious words with Kyle tomorrow! 4 months and.... Oh that pisses me off!!!

Her
Yeah. I didn't really want to bug him about it. I asked him 2 times but my dad just kinda wanted me to not harass him since he was doing a favor. But itmakes me a bit sad too.

Me
Damn right!

Her
Yeah. So I just kinda listened to my dad and didn't say much. I'm glad you wanna say something, Thank You

Now give me one ******* reason to feel bad for Kyle and not having time to do this! This is ******, 4 months and the family hasn't even gotten a damn shirt! Let alone the supposed $1000 we raised for the family!

I don't think he even comes on here anymore. Or even checks this thread either. I have to say I am really disappointed in this whole thing, it is one thing for me to not get my shirts, but for the family to not get anything at all... That is ******!!!

I'm down for a little road trip anyone else. I would have rather hand delivery the money to the family than dealt with this. Such disrespect to arron and his family. This whole situation makes me sick, that someone would take advantage of his death in such a way esp in this tight group of buellers.

I wish he lived a little closer! I figured that's what was going on. Kyle u will rot in hell for this one! [mad]

pretty much sums it up

i know this isnt your fault xtreme but what are we going to do about it?i didnt buy a shirt i used the other donation thread.i dont really care about shirts.i do care about the familys money and the way it makes us all look bad imo.that being said who is willing to just donate 25.00 bucks.we spend way more than that in stupid mods for our bikes, more than that on a bar tab or going to a movie.maybe you could set up another thread that your in charge of.there are hundreds of active members on here it will only take 40 to get a grand.i know 25.00 is alot to some members but its not to me and i know there is atleast 39 other members who feel the same about 25.00 bucks.hopefully we will step up.please set this up.

to start the thread I am taking donations for Arron as noted below but here is the paypal account, feel free to send what you can but like Anrkizm said $25 is a drop in the hat and as mentioned it will add up fast.

[email protected] is the paypal account, send it as a donation and it will ALL go to the family no snags on this one!

I am talking with Arron's sister and dad. I am actually going to meet up with his dad next week to see what all if any donations where made towards the family through the paper trail that the bank has and paypal.

I am also going to talk to him about getting Arron's bike back up and running.

I am glad I dropped some cash in the donation box at the funeral, but I would have for sure rather have handed the family $100 straight than even order 4 shirts to get them $0, well at least I will have the chance to literally give the shirt once on my back to his father, I know my shirts wont fit anyone else in the family but he will get one at least.

I am also going to start up a donation thread, and have the cash put into the BuellXB Forum paypal account and give the cash to Arron's father myself.

I am meeting up with him mid week and will see what will work best for him, I know he works like 8mi from my apt and the college he works at is literally across the street from the Community College I go to, so meeting up will be simple given the right time. I posted above the paypal account so feel free to donate what you can and we will get the ball rolling in the right direction[up]

that is what I want to talk to them next week about. They had something set up through a bank but I dont think it worked out like they had hoped.

Ok well just let us know extreme. I think a lot of people on here feel the same way at this point. Whatever goes around will come around someday. I'm thankful I can finally give to his family, where the money will actually do good.

On another note. If anyone truely wants a t shirt to remember him by and its ok with the family. I'd be willing to redo them and actually handle it as it should have been done before. Extreme let me know what u think about it as you were close to the family.

I know this is barely about the shirts anymore, but do we have a tally of who did NOT receive theirs? If these shirts indeed do exist somewhere I'd be glad to help get them to their destination.

Regarding the money...Didn't someone else take payment for these? Do we know who got paid for what and who was supposed to get the money to D1's family? I'm most interested in where that is and what the money trail was (or should have been).

If there's anything I can do to try to get this all straight, I'd like to help. This whole thing is extremely unfortunate and IMHO does not portray the basic BuellXB community that I know and love![sad]

Back a few pages, probably many, I posted a few replies stating that I was the one receiving the payments(under the email jsbishop [email protected])
I then transfered the money to my checking-and after that I then forwarded the money directly through my bank to his ( I have proof of doing so)

Once things started going south, and people were not getting the responses they needed from kyle, I took the email out of my pay-pal account to ensure people wouldn't pay and lose out on any further orders.

Kyle is in possession of the money for the shirts, I payed a 25 or 30 dollar fee through the bank to send it to him.

I'm not sure if he checks this thread anymore, but I am aware that he did intend to get the shirts out, but it has been quite some time and at this point I'm not sure what his plans are.
I'll see if i can get a hold of him today.

I posted this on may 16th, 2011.

Hey, I posted a while back but just so everyone knows, the pay-pal payments for the shirts were made to my pay-pal, I then forwarded the money to him so he could purchase the shirts.

I guess I should have thought about it sooner but all and any disputes opened via Pay-Pal is directed at me ;( that means I will be paying out of pocket for any dispute as I have given him the funds for the shirts.

I am probly the last person to suggest this, but, this has been a FRAUD, of the worst kind, and the perp is Kyle Dewald, any one else thinking of legal action against him? That was a large sum of money that Delta's family certainly could have used.

I am also going to start up a donation thread, and have the cash put into the BuellXB Forum paypal account and give the cash to Arron's father myself.

awesome [up][up] thanks for taking care of this

Thanks Mowgoli84 for clearing that up![up] Keep us posted if you find anything else out. My offer still stands to help out if there's an opportunity to.
