Well I guess I am the one out of place here...... Hmm well wonder what everyone else thinks whether you order a shirt and haven't received it or just the fact the family hasn't gotten a thing......

And all your ******* comments about how it's not hard if you stay on top of it, is ******* ********. Yea, maybe if I had the shirts printed and then took orders. How many orders for shirts have you received? I had over 100+ shirts at one time.

I have taken order for 200+ shirts when I first started. Another time I did 75 specific, I do have 80 or so sitting in my spare bedroom but the simple fact that the family hasn't gotten a damn thing is what gets me. Screw the shirts but to put out the effort and guys to trust you to do so and then the whole thing to go as it did is far from a Drama Queen aspect it is calling you out on a promise you made to a fellow members family who lost someone close and you in turn cause the drama, not I.

No, the family is getting the money. Someone who goes out of their way like you did to "call someone out" is a drama queen. The while thing has been blow out of proportion, just like when you were accused of rigging the drawings. I thought it was so damn stupid and drama queen like that people were saying that ****. Same thing here man

Ok guys and gals...In an effort to finish this on somewhat of a positive note, I've been in contact with Kyle to take over on the shipment of the t-shirts. I'm at about 90% sure on the decision to help. Before I commit, I will make sure the family is paid what they're due (including the shirts that they ordered), that I have a complete list of who is owed what (from Kyle) and that there's enough t-shirts to fill the orders so that I can get them out. I hope to be able to confirm things in the next few days. Stay tuned...

I have no interest in taking sides AT ALL on this...I just want to be on the family's side during this time or mourning and help to bring some closure to this silly on-line argument. We ARE a bunch of good people here and I don't want to tarnish that image...

Thanks for sharing his comments extreme. Good thing Kyle isn't in the parts business we would all be screwed, 4 months is a long time to most people. Lol.........Good luck dro! Sell ur bike Kyle u don't deserve a Buell.
 
We have "communicated" kinda through text a couple days between replys because he forgot to check when he was at home. What a piece of **** man up and tell everyone that you are a liar and you should have never helped with this.
 
I remember PolkeJoe, but, if someone could straighten this out, I think the shirts would be a good supplement to the family, his kids especially, I have several friends that are interested in them, as far as the folks that didn't get their shirts, if Kyle could provide some documentation as to exactly who got what, which probly won't happen, from what I have seen, and get the money that was raised to the family, we could start off with a clean sheet.

Agree 100% ! I got a shirt but my intent was to help the family, never expected this kind of news ! [down]
When the shirts were delayed early on I even tried to defend Kyle ! Now I feel like a douche .
 
I got my shirt, but the family not getting the money is messed up. Not only is it messed up, but this is a felony for taking donations on a false charity. Xtremelow, I say you contact him and advise him to give the family their money or charges could be pressed. Any one of us can do it, and I'm sure many will if he doesn't make it right. One offense is a third degree felony. Two offenses and more is a second degree felony. Each person that ordered is considered a separate offense on him. Kyle, if you read this, I really don't want anything like this to happen to you, but you have to take responsibility for your actions. If you had something come up and an explanation for this, just let us know and maybe you'll get a little sympathy from us.
 
Okay guys, as 50dro said I'm passing this off. I am just way too busy to get this done. I will admit I should have never taken on this project but I never expected all the crap to happen that did. And for everyone here, I'm sorry everything didn't happen the way it should have. Call me a liar, a piece of ****, whatever you want, it doesn't bother me. I started this with good intentions and everyone bought the shirts with the same intentions. I'm sorry I didn't have the time I thought I would, everyone always wishes they were the boss because you think you get to make the rules and work your own schedule, and that doesn't happen. Between work, court dates, traveling for meetings, trying to figure out how we will afford our kid and how we will take care of her, deaths in our own family and friends, the multiple storms and tornados that have hit us leaving us without power and water multiple times.
 
Kyle when this became too much to handle u could have easily asked for help from someone on here. I've asked for help so much over the passed year while I was deployed. I left my wife with a apartment full of boxes and bills when I got spun up in 9 days. No shame in it, life is just that way sometimes. Anyways I'm glad 50dro will wrap it all up and ensure its all handled correctly from here on out.
 
No one ever does like it, but its a fact of life. 50dro you going to keep us update about the progress of the hand over?
 
Sure...Kyle and I plan to talk soon (perhaps this evening?) about what's left to do then he's going to ship me the shirts after sending the proceeds and shirts that the family has been waiting for. I'm addicted to this forum so I'll give you guys as much feedback as you ask for! :D
