Last I heard Kyle still had a bunch of shirts...

To my knowledge the family never received any money (I'm sure we would have heard about it if so)...

It's been nearly a year believe it or not. I think Paypal gives you 3 months to file a claim. Furthermore, I don't think Kyle took payment directly from us all. For some reason the funds were sent through another member and sent to Kyle who was supposed to pay for the shirts, get the rest of the cash to the family, and send out the shirts.

Some of us got shirts. After a long time period went by I offered to help get the shirts out once the family was paid but it doesn't appear that ever happened nor did I receive any shirts.

I've lost hope and have moved on...That's probably the best thing for us all to do at this point. It's sad but it's reality.

Too late for sure, I think you must file no sooner than 30 and no longer than 60?
