This is some bull **** for someone to do something like this. i wish i would have just gave me money straight to the family and not even messed with the shirt. that way i know it would have gone to them and not just some a-hole who is taking the money and running.

I hear ya guys. I'm not sure what to say. I'm having a hard time getting any traction with helping. I can only help once I have the resources to do so and so far I only have a very disorganized list of orders and shipments and no shirts. I'm trying really hard to stay neutral in this but I can certainly understand where you're coming from.

I'm going to stick with what I said when I first offered to help...Nothing will be done until the family gets their money and shirts. That remains the most important thing to me. The t-shirts are much less important to me but I thought I could save some heartache for all involved by getting them shipped. I'm sorry this didn't turn out better. I thought I could get this all straightened out by now but I guess not...

Big props on your part 50 that is for sure. I agree the funds are the most important, but the sheer lack of care Kyle has shown is beyond me. I sure do wish there was something more we could do other than just wait even longer for empty promises form him.

I'm sure we could find out where he lives but its not worth it. I'm he would just tell us his dog ate it or something like that. Funny thing is his Rep points are still in the 50's. Funny you should mention this. I traded some texts with him on another matter a few nights ago and he brought this up. He says he wants to/plans to send me the shirts and the money. I originally wasn't supposed to handle any of the cash and to be honest with you have since given up on this whole thing but if he does come through with this I WILL take the task of getting the funds to the family and will work to get you all your shirts. All financial transactions will be completely transparent and shared on request.

I wasn't going to even bother mentioning this and re-opening up the old wound until things were definite but since you asked I figured I'd give an update.

If any of you (maybe xtremelow or RT?) are still in contact with the family and have some contact information for me (email associated with a Paypal account preferred) please let me know so that if this happens there won't be any further delays.

Disclaimer: If this all happens I will transfer all funds to the family's Paypal account within 24 hours of receipt (assuming I have the account info) although I'm not ready to set a timeline to the t-shirts just yet. Being right in the middle of the Holiday season time may be tight for me and this has become a much more monumental task than I originally signed up for. Getting the funds to the family is and always has been my priority...the shirts fall lower on that scale. I hope you all understand.
