Thanks X & mc. Not much new from the communication X posted. The only prob I have right now is that I don't have a tie in on BuellXB names vs real names but please don't bombard me with PMs just yet. I'm going to compare the list from paypal with Kyle's shipping records to compile a list on who is owed a shirt. I'll communicate that somehow once that is complete. Sorry I haven't posted updates much lately but not a whole lot has changed. Thanks for your patience on this! [up]

I'll probably just post last names of who I think is owed shirt(s) and sizes etc based on my comparison then if there's any inconsistencies etc we can address them on a case-by-case basis. Sound fair?

Update:

Kyle has been in contact with Aubrie and is waiting on a list of shirts for the family. Once the family's shirts are shipped, Kyle will ship me the remaining shirts.

I started digging into the lists tonight!! This is gonna be a serious pain in the ass!!![mad] Long story short, it's going to take my wife and I several nights (if we're lucky) of compiling and sorting through lists to come to a (proposed) list of people who were not sent shirts. I won't bore you with the details...I'm guessing there will be some discrepancies between my list and those of you that haven't received shirts. We'll have to account for time to resolve those conflicts... The final list will need to be compared to the inventory of shirts that Kyle sends to me. Hopefully there will be equal or more shirts than there are outstanding orders.

Then comes the part that I originally thought I was helping with: Package, label and ship shirts according to the final list. This part will likely only take a week or less...

I hope you can all remain patient on this...Based on my rough estimation (plus accounting for my vacation time coming up) I wouldn't expect to see shipments until at least late August. [sad] I'm hoping Kyle can confirm that the family has been paid before I put much more work into this...

I'm sorry this is taking so long but that is where things stand. I wish I could ask for help but the list compilation can't really be broken up and the shipment is simply a follow-through of the list.

I'll update more as appropriate.

I'm no further along than where I was before. I don't have possession of the shirts yet. I'm still waiting on confirmation on payment to the family.

This is disappointing to me but honestly, I'm not going to invest the time to sort this out until things are right with the family. I'll try to contact Kyle today to see if he has any updates. I haven't had any communications with him in weeks. I'll post here if if I get any news...

It can't be that hard to run to the post office with a box of shirts to ship to you and it for sure can't be hard to send the family the money. It's been half a year, it's pathetic I've mailed out 23 parts in one day i dont see how its difficult unless Kyle kept everything for himself. I appreciate you taking on the responsibility but I don't see anything happening due to Kyle
