ok guys, I would love to lead this, dont have a problem with that at all, but I just wanted to make sure you were aware of some things.
1. I am pretty familiar with about 50% of this route give or take.
2. I am still getting comfortable with this bike, 2 weeks old to me so far.
3. I haven't rode in over 14 years.
4. I have never rode in a group.
again I dont mind, but wanted to make you guys aware that my "pace" might be um..not to exciting. The parts I am more familiar with it I might have a better pace...but I wont really know till I am out there.

just fyi is all.

I don't mind leading if you want. We can figure that out when we meet up.

Although Curtis may be an adrenaline junkie, I'm certainly not :D. I ride at a pretty reasonable speed. I don't think we will mind riding a little slower, considering two wrecked last time we rode :p

Pre Dragon I might have believed that statement.

Post Dragon Hell nah!!!

If you weren't an adrenaline junkie you wouldn't have been trying to keep up with me on the Dragon.

considering two wrecked last time we rode

I'm ok with this. Yes I wrecked on the Dragon! But I still left your ass post wreck and dragged knee so I feel I still won. (Against the Dragon)

As far as leading I can. I know all of the route besides the last quarter. As far as pace goes I'd like to ride a nice pace but have to stress that everyone MUST RIDE THERE OWN RIDE! If you don't feel comfortable with the pace do you and everyone will wait before any turns are made. I really don't think this will be an issue but felt its neccessary to be let known. My leathers are still not fixed so I'm definitely not gonna be riding stupid (by my definition at least) plus I plan on saving that behavior for the track.

lol. I just try really really hard to keep it between the yellow and white lines.

you're like the kid that has to have the last word

Not really.

Its irrelevant anyways cause we aren't gonna be riding like that again anytime soon.

So how's June for a track day?

lol I'm just screwing with you :)

Sorry I won't be doing a track day any time soon. I can't afford it right now plus the gear, etc. All my free time is pretty much going in to the house right now. I really wanted to have a lot more done come this time of year and I'm not there so trying to do more.

I'm down for a track day, but June is way too soon. I felt bad leaving my pregnant wife in April for the Dragon, definitely not gonna leave her for a track day immediately following or preceding the birth of my son. How about when the weather starts cooling down after the rainy season is over (well as over as it gets in these parts) after September or so?

me too, I was wondering how you had forgotten that I rode up there with you and then I saw who it said posted it. JL135w7 is Jerry, he just got a XB9S and is a good friend of mine.

So can we meet at my place Sunday? Jerry will come straight from work at 6 and rather than him pass my shop to come to my house, then turn around and go back to my shop he could just come here and chill until we are ready to ride out. It would mean less time on the turnpike too.

yeah that works. can you text me your address, I think I remember where you live but just in case.

I think are pirate friend is loaded to the gunwales

[confused][confused][confused]

I was wondering when I went to the dragon and more importantly when I got a pregnant wife. My kids already been born lol. I told you ryan to make sure you were signed in cause I used your computer. Lol
